As an open platform, when you write a review on coachtrusted, both the review and your coachtrusted profile will be visible to anyone visiting our site. By clicking on your profile, visitors can view your country location and all the reviews you’ve posted, including the products and locations you’ve reviewed, along with any photos or videos you’ve shared. Likewise, if you’re a Coach user and respond to a review about your Coach, this will also be publicly visible on our platform. Keep in mind that the information you include in your coachtrusted profile and the username you choose can impact your level of anonymity.

To join coachtrusted, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, whether you're joining as a business or as an individual user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

By using coachtrusted, you agree to:

  1. Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  2. Not use coachtrusted for illegal activities, fraudulent purposes, or to violate any applicable laws.
  3. Respect the rights of others by not posting offensive, harmful, or defamatory content.
  4. Comply with all applicable rules and regulations governing your use of our platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to coachtrusted if you violate these terms.

Our platform may include third-party products and services. coachtrusted is not responsible for the quality, functionality, or legality of third-party offerings. By using these third-party products or services, you acknowledge that your relationship is solely between you and the provider of those products. coachtrusted will not be liable for any disputes or issues arising from your use of third-party products.

All pricing information for services provided by coachtrusted is displayed on the platform. By using any paid services, you agree to pay the fees according to the terms outlined at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are processed through our authorized payment systems, and you are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
  • Billing: If payment is late or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the refund policies specified on our website.

Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any adjustments in advance.

coachtrusted will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Once your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policies.
